Internationally acclaimed sculptor Adwaita Gadanayak is the newly appointed Director General of National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA). He succeeded Rajeev Lochan. Prior to this appointment, Gadanayak was the head of the School of Sculpture at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
