Jackie Chan
Jackie Chan, the popular Chinese actor, has been bestowed with the honorary Academy Award (or Oscar) by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences at the 8th Annual Governors Awards at the Hollywood and Highland Center in Los Angeles on November 12, 2016 for his extraordinary achievements in the movies. Chan is known for his acrobatic fighting style, comic timing, use of improvised weapons and innovative stunts, in his movies. Beside him, the honorary Oscar has been given to editor Anne Coates, casting director Lynn Stalmaster and documentary maker Frederick Wiseman.
