S Sivakumar
Prof. S Sivakumar, a professor at the Indian Law Institute in New Delhi, has been appointed as the full-time Member of the 21st Law Commission of India (LCI). The 21st LCT was constituted by the Union Government for a period of 3 years from September 1, 2015 and will have its tenure only till August 31, 2018. The present Law Commission has not submitted any report till date. Justice Balbir Singh Chauhan, the former Supreme Court (SC) judge, is the Chairman of the commission.
