Stuti Narain Kacker
Ms. Stuti Narain Kacker appointed as the chairman of National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR). Ms. Kacker, a 1978 batch IAS officer, was appointed the Head of the child rights panel by Women and Child Development Ministry. The Commission deals with education, child development, care of neglected and marginalised children, elimination of child labour, child psychology and other laws related to children.
