AirSewa Portal
The Union Government has launched an AirSewa Portal and Mobile App to offer air travelers a convenient and hassle free experience in New Delhi. Through this app, passengers can check their flight status, flight schedule and register their grievances. The user will be given a unique reference number for each reported grievance and passengers can track its status and response. The website is designed to bring together information about all airports and airlines on a single portal. The nodal officers have been nominated by the Airline and Airport to address the grievances in a time bound manner.
