Zabivaka
The 2018 FIFA World Cup will be held in Russia from 14 June to 15 July 2018. It is a quadrennial international football tournament contested by the men’s national teams of the member associations of FIFA. The official mascot for the World Cup is “Zabivaka”. In Russian language Zabivaka means “the one who scores”, a wolf who radiates fun, charm and confidence. The wolf will not only promote the event and entertain crowds at the stadiums, but also become an ambassador for Russia and a worldwide celebrity.
