The first National Tribal Carnival will be held between February 12 to 17, 2016 in Delhi. The purpose of this carnival is to showcase and promote various facets of tribal culture on a large scale. The events at the carnival will include a mix of live musical and dance performances, exhibitions, display of craft, a fashion show, panel discussion, book fair, etc. A film festival of tribal films has been planned alongside the carnival.This carnival will be inaugurated by the Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi.
