Ratnakumar Bugga
An Indian-origin researcher, Ratnakumar Bugga has recently selected for NASA’s Innovative Advanced Concepts (NIAC) programme for his concept titled “Venus Interior Probe Using In-situ Power and Propulsion (VIP-INSPR)”. The purpose of the programme is to revolutionise future space missions to Mars and beyond. Bugga is from NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in California, United States.
