Kanavu Variyam
The Chennai-based techie Arun Chidambaram directorial Tamil film “Kanavu Variyam” has won the prestigious Remi Award which will be given at the 49th WorldFest Houston International Film Festival scheduled from April 8-17, 2016. The film is about the impact of power shortage crisis in the villages of Tamil Nadu. The WorldFest is the oldest Independent Film & Video Festival in the World and Remi award is given to independent films and filmmakers.
