Amitabh Kant committee
The Union government will constitute a committee to review e-commerce rules.It will be headed by the NITI Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant. The committee will look at all the issues including Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) norms pertaining to the fast-growing e-commerce industry in India. The committee would also suggest ways to further promote the growth of the sector.
