    Sir,
I would like to request MIHIR SHAH committee to review the plight of hydromet cadre under Central Water Commission which deals with major flood forecasting related works of CWC and which was stagnated since last 40 years (birth of the cadre) and it remained as Isolated cadre since then and no body listened their plight and people frustrated and did not get any assured career against Organised cadre . Being isolated cadre, there is small number of personnel working in this cadre. So, requested to see the plight of these people and place them at appropriate level in an organised cadre. Otherwise merge them in DST or MoES where they can at least be in organised one and can avail FCS facility in every four five years. Regards, ANSHU
