The tropical cyclone ‘Vardah’ is expected to hit the Andhra Pradesh coast between Nellore and Kakinada with the speed of 10 km/hr. The cyclonic storm over southeast Bay of Bengal has moved north- northwestwards and lies centered over southeast Bay of Bengal. Fishermen have been advised not to venture to the sea along and off Andaman Islands and adjoining sea areas during the next 12 hrs.
