The 2-day National Summit on Fortification of Food has been held in New Delhi to address the issue of micronutrient malnutrition. The summit was launched by Anupriya Patel, Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, and was conducted by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
