The Bhitarkanika National Park is located in which state of India?

The Bhitarkanika National Park is a national park located in the Kendrapara District, Odisha. The park is a unique ecosystem, highly dynamic and at the same time fragile. The delta, the river mouth, the sea, mangrove forest, avian fauna, reptiles, amphibians and fauna and flora contribute to the park’s biological diversity. It is in news because a two-member technical evaluation mission team of International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) deputed by the UNESCO has recently visited the National Park. The purpose of the visit is for the ground-zero assessment of the bio-diversity of the unique mangrove eco-system of park.
