The 2016 International Conference on the “Zero” has recently held at UNESCO headquarters in Paris, France. On this occasion, a bronze bust of the ancient Indian mathematician-astronomer Aryabhata has gifted by India to UNESCO as its tribute to the world of mathematics and science. From India, the Union Minister of Human Resource Development, Smriti Zubin Irani has addressed the conference.
