The second-edition of BRICS Communication Ministers meeting has started in Bengaluru, Karnataka on November 10, which is chaired by Minister of State for Communication Manoj Sinha. The High Level delegation from Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa will deliberate for greater cooperation in Telecommunication and ICT sectors. The 2-day conference will draw course of action on creating new frameworks of cooperation and collaboration among BRICS countries. The meeting will discuss ways to improve collaboration in the field of digital economy, future communications, mobile technology among other things.
