The scheme aims to provide 24-hour power supply to rural power consumers. It also includes provision of supplying minimum eight hours power supply in a day for agriculture sector. By this scheme the government start the process of three-phase power supply to non-agriculture sector and eight hours supply in a day for agriculture sector in Madhya Pradesh.
