Binod Bihari Chowdhury is mostly known for his participation in the Chittagong Armoury Raid to uproot the British rule from the Indian subcontinent in 1930. Kindly note that Chittagong armoury raid of April 18, 1930 (also known as Chittagong uprising), in Bengal province of British India was led by “Master-da” whom we better know as Surya Sen. He was one of the last martyrs, and after his hanging, the revolutionary activities came to almost an halt in India.
