USA, Russia and China
United States, Russia and China are the world’s top three arm exporters as per the latest report from Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI). China has overtaken Germany to become the world’s third biggest arm exporter. The US retained a 31 per cent share of the global arms market, exporting to at least 94 recipients. Russia was second with a 27 per cent global share, 39 per cent of which went to India.
