Educational Qualifications

The educational qualification needed for this recruitment are as follows:

  1. HR Consultant (Admin) – (i) MBA in HR/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in Human Resources from a recognized university or institution. (ii) Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.
  2. Secretarial Assistant (Admin) – (i) Graduate with PG Diploma in Secretarial Assistance or Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application with at least 55% marks. (ii) Typing speed in English 30 wpm & in Hindi 25 wpm. (iii) Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric.
  3. Administrative Assistant (Admin) – (i) Graduate in any discipline (ii) Minimum 2 years experience in Govt./Semi Govt/Public Sector undertaking in Related disciplines providing support to Health Programme/NHM (iii) Knowledge of Computer (MS-Office) and Candidates having drafting skills would be preferred. (iv) Typing speed in English 30 wpm or in Hindi 25 wpm. (v) Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric.
  4. Consultant (Child Health) – (i) MBBS/BDS/AYUSH/Any Medical Graduate with regular Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Public Health/Hospital Administration. (ii) Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric.
  5. Programme Assistant (Urban Health) – (i) Postgraduate degree/ diploma in Computer Science. (ii) Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric. (iii) At least two years of experience in the health sector.
  6. Consultant (NUHM) – (i) MBBS/ BDS/ AYUSH with regular MBA in Hospital/Health care or Post graduation or higher qualification in Public Health, Community Health, Preventive & Social Medicine and Health. (ii) At least two years of post-qualification work experience in the health sector (iii) Hindi/Sanskrit up to matric level.
  7. Junior Consultant (Urban Health) – (i) MBBS/BDS/AYUSH. (ii) Preference will be given to the candidates with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Public Health. (iii) Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric.
  8. HBPNC Software Maintenance Programmer – (i) MCA with 2-year experience or BCA with three-year experience in the health sector especially handling training and roll out of software and data management systems in government health system. (ii) Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric. (i) Preference will be given to the candidate with knowledge of Home Based Post Natal care programme.
  9. IT Support Engg. (IT) – (i) B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Comp Sc/IT/Electronics & Communication in first division or MCA in first division or ‘B’/‘C’ level course from DOE in first Division/”A” Grade. Certification MCSE/CCNA/ DCNE/ Linux/ Solaris working experience of handling networking project troubleshooting and resolving operational issues of LAN/WAN/ Internet/ Intranet, all types of hardware, system software from a reputed company. (ii) Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric.
  10. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, HMIS – (i) Post Graduate with at-least second division in Public Health/ Statistics/ Population Science/ Economics/ Mathematics along with Advance degree/ diploma OR Post Graduate course in Computer Application from recognized University/ institution with 55% marks and having at least one year experience in handling health statistics OR Post Graduate in Computer Science or Master of Computer Application with 55% marks from recognized university /institution and having at least three year experience in handling health statistics. (ii) Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric.
  11. Database Admin (IT) – (i) B. E./ B. Tech./ M. Tech. (Comp. Sc./ IT/ Electronics & Comm.) in 1st Division Or M. Sc. (Comp. Sc./ IT) in 1st Division Or MCA in 1st Division. Or ‘B’/’C’ Level course from DOE in 1st Division Or M. Sc (Physics/Math/Statistics) in 1st Division, with PGDCA in 1st Division. (ii) Hindi/Sanskrit upto matric.
  12. Open Source Programmer/ (HMIS) – (i) B. E./ B. Tech. (Comp. Sc./ IT/ Electronics & Communication) In 1st Division OR M. Tech. (Comp. Sc./ IT/ Electronics & Communication) OR M.Sc. (Comp. Sc./IT) in 1st Division OR MCA in 1st Division from recognized university. and Project Work of Software Development in a reputed company on .NET (VB.Net, C# and ASP .Net) and Java/ J2EE /jquery/ PHP and MS Access/ SQL Server (ii) Hindi/Sanskrit upto matric.
  13. Junior Editor (BCC) – (i) Masters Degree in Mass Communication / English / Hindi. (ii) Hindi/Sanskrit upto matric. (iii) Knowledge of Computers. (iv) Typing Speed of minimum 30 WPM in English. (v) Typing Speed of minimum 20 WPM in Hindi.
  14. State Asha Programme Manager (Community Processes) – (i) Post Graduate Degree in Sociology or Social Work or Rural Development or Public Administration or Public Health. (ii) State level post-qualification experience of at least 5 years in management of community Processes programme or community mobilization or related field activities with a minimum of 3 years experience in Health sector. (iii) Hindi/Sanskrit upto matric.
  15. Manager Community Processes – (i) MA in Sociology, Social Work, Anthropology, Rural Development. (ii) Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible relevant post qualification work experience in the area of community participation / community health or local self governance or strengthening community institutions, is essential. (iii) Exposure to working of civil society groups in the area of healthcare/public health/rural development and decentralized governance is desirable. (iv) Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with data base management programmes and commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, and Power Point etc. (v) Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi. (vi) Hindi/Sanskrit upto matric.
  16. Epidemiologist/Public Health Specialist (NPCDCS) – (i) MBBS degree from institution recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI) OR MD/DNB in Preventive & Social Medicine/Community Medicine/ Community Health Administration or Diploma / Masters in Public Health/ MBA (Health Care Administration). (ii) At least 3-4 year’s experience in Health Management/ Public Health Programme/ Health Services after obtaining post graduate degree/diploma. (iii) Working knowledge of operating computers and internet usage. (iv) Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric.
  17. Consultant (NTCP) – (i) Post Graduate in Public Health or Social Sciences or Management or related field from a recognized institution/university OR MBBS/BDS candidates with at least 3 years of experience.
  18. Consultant Disability (RBSK) – i) Degree in Prosthetic & Orthotic Engineering / Physiotherapy/ Occupational therapy/ Mental Retardation or Diploma with 5 years of working experience in the relevant field. (ii) Master in Social Work with working experience not less than 5 years in the field of disability (iii) Candidates with experience of disability management will be an added advantage. (v) Hindi/Sanskrit upto matric.
  19. Consultant (NPPCD) – (i) MBBS/BDS/AYUSH with regular MBA in hospital/healthcare or post graduation or higher qualification in public health, community health, preventive and social medicine and health. (ii) Hindi/Sanskrit upto matric.
  20. Civil Registration Officers (CRS) – (i) Graduate in Science with Statistics as a paper from any recognized University. (ii) Post Graduation Diploma in Computer Application from any recognized University. (iii) Two years working experience in the field of Computer Operation, Organizing trainings, Conducting inspections etc. (iii) Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.
  21. Consultant (Training) (IDSP) – i) Post Graduate in Medical Field preferably in public Health / epidemiology. (ii) Minimum 5 years of related experience. (iv) Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.
  22. State Epidemiologist (IDSP) – (i) Medical Graduate (MBBS) with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Preventive and Social Medical/ Public Health/ Epidemiology (Such as MD, MPH, DPH, MAE etc) OR Medical Graduate (MBBS) with 3 Years experience in Epidemiology/ Public health OR M.Sc. (Epidemiology) with 2 Years experience in Public Health OR BAMS/BDS/BHMS with MPH OR Any Graduate with MPH (iii) Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.
  23. Veterinary Consultant (IDSP) – (i) Post Graduate Veterinary Degree in Veterinary Public Health or Veterinary Epidemiology or Veterinary Medicine or Veterinary Microbiology or Veterinary Pathology. (ii) Three year experience in Veterinary Public Health or Veterinary Epidemiology and Animal Health. (iii) Registration in Veterinary Council of India or State Veterinary Council under Indian Veterinary Council Act 1984. (iv) Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.
