Google Earth covers 98 percent of the Entire Population

Google Earth developed by the global search engine, Google has revealed that it now covers more than 98 percent of the world population, and has 10 million miles of street view imagery captured. 10 million miles is equal to a distance that could circle our entire planet Earth more than 400 times.
Google Earth-based primarily on satellite imagery, is a computer program initially released on 11th June 2001 renders a 3-Dimensional representation of the Earth and allows its users to see landscapes and cities from various different angles by superimposing the satellite images, GIS data, and aerial photography onto a 3-dimensional globe.
Also in addition to Earth navigation, the satellite imagery computer program provides a series of other tools through desktop applications such as night sky view.
