GST-registered small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) can now avail of loan of up to Rs 1 crores in 59 minutes  and will get 2 per cent interest subvention or rebate on incremental loan of up to Rs 1 crore.
Govt. promulgates an ordinance to amend the Companies Act, 2013

The government received assent by President to promulgated an ordinance to amend the Companies Act, 2013.

Amendments includes restructuring of corporate offences under the companies law and an in-house adjudication mechanism to ensure that courts get more time to deal with serious violations.
