Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited has issued notifications for recruiting eligible Engineering graduates/Diploma holders to the posts of Graduate/Technician Apprentice Trainee as per the Apprentices Act, 1961/ Apprentices Amendment Act, 1973(as amended from time to time). Eligible candidates must ensure that they possess the necessary qualifications and fulfil all the required criteria before applying for the posts.

Essential Qualification
Graduate Apprentice: Degree in Engineering in the respective discipline.
Technician Apprenticeship: Diploma in Engineering in the respective discipline
Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination in the year 2016, 2017 and 2018 only need to apply.
Candidates having work experience of one year or more are not eligible to apply.
Selection Procedure
Selection of candidates for all the posts would be made on the basis of the performance of the eligible candidates in the following:
- Written Test: 50 MCQs; 90 minutes

Stipend
Graduate Apprentice: Rs.10,000 /- per month (inclusive of all)
Technician Apprenticeship: Rs.7,100/- per month (inclusive of all)
