Frank Islam

Born in Azamgarh, and educated at AMU and the University of Colorado, Indian-American Frank Islam is an information technology (IT) entrepreneur, philanthropist and author of two books. In USA, he built an IT firm from scratch and sold it to establish FI Invest Group. Frank is a member of the Democratic National Committee’s National Advisory Board, and also serves in advisory councils and boards like the International Advisory Council of the U.S. Institute of Peace, Department of Commerce Industry Trade Advisory Committee, Woodrow Wilson Center, Brookings Institution and is on the Board of Trustees of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. In India, he has built an educational institution in Azamgarh and provides scholarships to AMU students to study abroad.
