Subhash Mela

Subhash Mela is celebrated at Havelock Island in Andaman & Nicobar Islands in January to celebrate the birth anniversary of Netaji. Block Mela is celebrated at Diglipur in Andaman and Nicobar Islands in January or February to draw attention to the rural development in the island.
