How can a conflict between the natural law and positive law be resolved, according to Geny?

Geny is of the view that in any conflict between the natural and positive law the lawyer is in principle bound by positive law. But, Geny does not altogether oppose disobedience to positive law in certain extremes cases, viz, where the law is contrary to good sense or where it would mean flagrant injustice. However, disobedience should be by legitimate means such as legal remedies provided by law.
