The World Economic Forum Annual Meeting will be conducted from 21-24 January 2020 in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland. The meeting will mark the 50th edition of the Annual Meeting, making it a special occasion to the legacy of the World Economic Forum. Every year during the Annual Meeting, Cultural leaders are awarded under the Crystal Awards in different categories for being a bridge-builder with the society and providing visions to the world by reflecting on the human condition. This year marks the 26th edition of the Annual Crystal Award, following recipients will be awarded:
- US artist, Theaster Gates for his leadership in creating sustainable communities.
- Chinese choreographer Jin Xing for her leadership in shaping inclusive cultural norms.
- Australian artist Lynette Wallwort for her leadership in creating inclusive narratives.
- Indian actor, Deepika Padukone for her leadership in raising mental health awareness.
Deepika Padukone founded ‘The Live Love Laugh Foundation (TLLLF)’ in June 2015, her foundation helps people in dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression(SAD).
