Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam (DEE Assam) has invited applications from well qualified Indian Nationals to fill up positions of Upper Primary Teachers. The last date to apply for these posts is 19th April 2018. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their applications on or before the last date. Total number of vacant posts is 4120 and the breakup is given below. The final selection of the candidates will be on the basis of performance in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET). Age Limit
- Should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 38 years of age (As on 1st January 2018)
- Relaxation of upper age limit will be considered for SC/ ST candidates and persons with disability for 5 years as per norms
