Elyments is a social media super app. The app was launched by vice president Venkiah Naidu.

Highlights

The application allows the users to stay in touch through video calls, vibrant feed, private groups. The application is available in eight Indian languages. This includes Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and English.

The application has been created giving importance to user’s privacy. The data obtained from the users’ through the application is to be stored in India and also the data shall never be shared with third parties without the users’ consent.

The application has already seen two lakh downloads. It is available in both Android and iOS platforms.

Significance

The application is seen as a boost to “Make in India” initiative. The application will also help in achieving “Atma Nirbhar Bharat”.
