Twitter unveils ‘Lite’ version
Micro blogging site Twitter had rolled out Twitter Lite, a “data friendly” version of the platform in India. Twitter Lite will use up to 70% less data than the standard version and load 30% faster on slow or unreliable networks and take up less space on devices. It will provide the key features of Twitter such as your timeline, Tweets, Direct Messages, trends, profiles, media uploads, notifications, and more.
