Pandit Ravi Shankar gets Grammy
Legendary sitar maestro Pandit Ravi Shankar has been conferred with Lifetime Achievement Grammy Award posthumously.
Two other artists who will receive the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award posthumously are : classical piano giant Glenn Gould, who died in 1982; and blues pioneer Lightnin’ Hopkins, who died the same year.
