Nikhil Kumar new Governor of Kerala

Nikhil Kumar sworn in as the 20th Governor of Kerala.
Former Indian Police Service officer Nikhil Kumar  had earlier also served as Nagaland governor, the head of the NSG (National Security Guard) and was a Congress MP.
