Kerala launches Seaplane service
With an aim to boost tourism in the state launched the seaplane service at a function on the Asramam banks of Ashtamudi Lake amid protests from the fishing community who are of the view that the service would affect their business.
What would the Seaplane service offer?
The seaplane service will be available for tourists who wish to have a panoramic view of Kerala landscape. The service will be offered by using six-seat Cessna 206 H amphibian aircrafts which can land and take-off from both land and water.
