Gujarat bans Gutka
Gujarat state government has declared imposition of a comprehensive ban on gutka, which will come into effect from September 11, 2012. From this date the state will ban, the production, storage, sale and distribution of gutka.

- Maharashtra
- Kerala
- Madhya Pradesh
- Bihar
- Rajasthan
