Cyclone ‘Fani’ Intensifies Over Bay of Bengal

By 30th April,  Cyclonic storm ‘Fani’ is likely to hit Coastal Andhra Pradesh as it intensified into a severe storm. The storm has trigger thunderstorms, gusty winds and moderate rains in coastal districts and some parts of Rayalaseema. ‘Fani’ currently lays over east Equatorial Indian Ocean and adjoining the southeast Bay of Bengal. The sea along the coasts of Sri Lanka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh is likely to be ‘very rough’ from 28th April.
