DIPAM-World Bank sign Agreements

Wholesale price index (WPI)-based inflation rate rose to 1.48% in October. It was at 1.32% in September.

ICRISAT, Hyderabad permitted to use drones for agricultural research activities

The Ministry of Civil Aviation and Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) permitted the International Crops Research Institute (ICRISAT), to use drones for agricultural research activities.


November 16: International Day for Tolerance

The 2020 UNESCO-Madanjeet Singh Prize for the Promotion of Tolerance and Non-Violence was awarded to Centre Résolution Conflits (CRC) from the Democratic Republic in Congo. The prize was awarded for the rescue of child soldiers from militia groups.
