Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate examination.

Selection Process
Three Stages before Medical Examination
- PST, Documentation
- OMR/Computer-based written examination in Hindi & English.
- Skill test (Typewriting test)

Level 4 Pay Matrix: Rs 25500 to Rs 81100 Pre-revised Pat Rs 5200 to Rs 20200 with Grade pay of Rs 2400.
