I agree with you, but that is not 'dissolution', that is "abolition" which can be done in a different way.
current affairs about indian constitution are really worth for us..very thanks.. but before that we want to know about indian constitution breifly..i.e.,what is lok sabha,rajya sabha and parliament..how it is constituted..and all those.pls provide that for us..

That is correct. But the Money Bill related to state Governments such as Rajasthan, UP and Haryana, originate in Legislative assemblies. So given answer is correct.
