2. US Congress has prohibited banks and firms receiving federal bailout money from hiring people on H-1B visas in place of Americans laid off by them due to the economic meltdown.
3. National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI) received a setback after the country's first cloned buffalo calf "Samrupa" died just five days after its birth, they are happy that the "superior technology" they used for cloning was "tested".
