Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is world's largest security oriented Intergovernmental organization. It has 56 member countries from Europe, Caucasus, Central Asia and North America. Its latest summit was held in Astana, Capital of Kazakhstan on December 1 to 3, 2010. OSCE deals with the issues such as Arms control, Border Management, Combating Terrotism, Conflict Prevention, Military Reforms, Policing, Implementation etc. 2010 OSCE Summit in Astana ended with the adoption of the Astana Commemorative Declaration.
Secretariat is located in Vienna and current secretary general is M. P. de Brichambaut.
