We note here that parliament has not made any provision for the use of Hindi in the Supreme Court. No document in language other than English can be filed in the Court unless it is accompanied by a translation agreed to by both the parties or certified to be true translation by a Translator appointed by the Court or translated by a Translator appointed or approved by the Court.
