Bhagat Singh and B.K. Dutt were tried in the Assembly Bomb Case. They were given life imprisionment in this case. Later, Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, Rajguru were tried in Lahore Conspiracy Case and it was this tril that led them to their martyrdom. Naujawan Bharat Sabha founded by Graduates and Teachers of the National College, Lahore in 1924 to overthrow of the British Empire in India. Among the three, only Bhagat Singh was founder of this. It was soon declared a unlawful organization. All three were members of Hindustan Socialist Republican Association, which was co-founded by  Chandrasekhar Azad, Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev Thapar and others (not sure about Rajguru if he was one of the founders).
