Consider the following:
1. Right to vote
2. Right to Education
3. Rights to Information
4. Right to form cooperative societies
Which among the above have been included in Part III of constitution of India?

Answer: [D] Only 2 & 4

Right to Education was made a Fundamental Right by 86th Constitutional Amendment Act 2002, and was incorporated under Article 21A. Even right to vote is not a Fundamental Right in India though it is contained in Article 326 of the Constitution. Right to Information Act (RTI) (2005) have been acknowledged as an important right under this Act, but has not been acknowledged as a Fundamental Right yet. Right to form cooperative societies is added via 97th amendment act.
