2.The advice of the supreme court if rendered, is not binding on the president
Which among the above statements is / are correct?

Answer: [B] Only 2 is correct

Supreme Court is not bound to tender advice. It was recently seen when Supreme Court said that the policy making is the realm of the executive and did not  given any advice. Similarly, advice tendered by the Supreme Court is not binding upon the President.
