SC may not amend the constitutional and it is the highest authoritative legal body to give clear opinions about the legal aspects of constitution. In various cases challenging constitution, the CJI have repeatedly interpreted and explained various articles presented in the constitution and in some rare cases the SC has also explained the intentions of the constitutional makers behind making such amendments...
