I did some research on fleet card. It seems to me that it also qualifies along with others in the list. I am not sure from an economic point of view.

ya..u r correct the answer for the 14th question is wrong becoz fleet cards are used to pay gasoline bills.wheres smart cards are nt meant for pament of bills they are chip cards or integrated cards like our memory card in mobiles
