What is Switchblade in US Army?

In 2012, the US Soldiers in Afghanistan have been issued with a new class of lightweight unmanned drone known as Switchblade, which can be carried in a backpack and used in place of an airstrike. The Switchblade drone, developed by AeroVironment, weighs less than 6 pounds and can take out a sniper on a rooftop, without blasting the building to bits.
