Discuss the meaning of the applicability of the doctrine of res ipsa loquitur in air accidents.

The applicability of the doctrine of res ipsa loquitur in air accidents spends on the facts and circumstances in the particular air accident under consideration by the Court. If the accident is such that it speaks for itself then in that case it applies to air accident just as much as it does in other cases. On the other hand, if the accident is such that the thing does not speak  for itself, then it does not apply in the case of that particular air accident just as much as it would apply in other case.
