Former Supreme Court Justice Ashok Kumar Mathur is the chairman of the 7th Central Pay Commission. Rathin Roy, Vivek Rae is the part time members of the committee and Meen Agarwal is the secretary. The commission was asked to submit its report in two years time and its recommendations would be implemented from January 1, 2016.
